Anupriya Goenka is an Indian entertainer who works chiefly in Bollywood and South Indian Film Industry. Known as ‘Nagmati’ in the film “Padmaavat” (2018). Goenka made her successful on-screen debut with the 2013 Telugu film Potugadu and has been recently featured in the 2013 short film Worth the Kiss. She, along these lines, is featured in the satire show Bobby Jasoos (2014), the dramatization of Paathshala (2014), the activity parody Dishoom (2016), and the wrongdoing show Daddy (2017). On 29 May 1987, Anupriya Goenka was born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Goenka has two more established sisters and a sibling, the most youthful of four kids. Due to a failed business in UP, her family moved to Delhi. After that change, she finished tutoring at Gyan Bharati School in Saket, New Delhi. Later she completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi.

Even before she finished school, she started offering monetary help to her family. She also added, “I was the venturesome one and began helping my dad in the piece of clothing send out business. The acting was consistently an interest till I understood I was unable to do equity to both theatre and my corporate vocation.” When she was 18, she worked at a call centre to meet the family’s basic needs.

Later the business failed in Delhi again to recover, and they shifted to Jaipur. Now she was the person who had the responsibility for the entire family. Anupriya Goenka came to Mumbai in 2008 to live with her maternal grandparents. She joined the corporate sector to deal with all the monetary problems. Afterward, she acquired a house in Thane, and her family followed her to the city of dreams.

Career

Anupriya began her acting in the theatre out of curiosity. But then she had to rearrange her profession between acting and a corporate job. She also acted in Youtube videos and ads like Girlyapp. And she also gave talks on many Youtube inspirational channels like Josh Talks, UnErase Poetry, and also TEDX Lucknow.

In 2013, she came into the spotlight when she turned into the essence of the UPA Government’s “Bharat Nirman” advertisement crusade. Also, she further acquired prevalence in 2015 with her depiction of a lesbian on TV. She was part of India’s first lesbian commercial for the Indian-style internet business organization Myntra.

Anupriya Goenka has also been part of several ad campaigns. For instance, Coke, Garnier, Stayfree, Kotak Mahindra, Pepperfry, and [Vodafone]. She has also worked as an Anchor/Show Host on a Home Shopping Channel called ShopCJ for over one year.

Anupriya played the role of attendant Poorna in the 2017 action movie Tiger Zinda Hai, which critics applauded. She also accumulated the necessary approval for Queen Nagmati in the 2018 epic film Padmaavat opposite Shahid Kapoor.

Anupriya has also been part of the movie ‘War,’ which starred Hritik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. She became famous for her role as Agent Aditi in the blockbuster action movie. Apart from film, she has also been an essential part of a few widely praised and monetarily fruitful web series.

She is also working as a philanthropist. Anupriya contributes whenever needed and is connected to the ‘Down to Earth’ association. Anupriya even said that one of her siblings had cerebral paralysis in an interview. And because of this, she wishes to work with such exceptional youngsters. She further expressed that she feels there is a need to work for women of India.

At the Jaipur International Film Festival, the film won the award for second best film in the Sridevi Indian Panorama section. The movie revolves around two engineers who go to rural areas of India to transform the farming sector. Mere Desh Ki Dharti received mainly positive reviews from the audiences and critics.
