Tory Burch didn’t go to business school or a design school, but she managed to reach the top. She didn’t even have a grand five-year plan before starting her business. When she started her business she was a full-time mom but that didn’t stop her. Beyond all the odds, she is a boss to more than 2500 employees oversee.
