Aneri Vajani | Success story of the ‘Beyhadh’ actress

Aneri Vajani is an Indian television actress. She started her journey by playing the role of Nisha in Star Plus’s Nisha Aur Uske Cousins. Apart from acting, she has also been part of advertisement campaigns and other projects.

Early Life

Aneri Vajani was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. After completing her schooling at Seth Juggilal Poddar Academy (Mumbai). Born 26 March 1994 a 28-year-old Aneri is from a Gujarathi family.

She made her television debut in 2012 with Star Plus’s Soap Opera Kaal: Ek Punar Avatar. Aneri has been passionate about acting since her childhood.

Later she graduated from Kishinchand Chellaram College (Mumbai), and she decided to start a career in acting.

Career

Aneri Vajani started her acting career in 2012 with Star Plus’s TV series “Kaali: Ek Punar Avtar”, where she played the role of Paakhi.

Next, she appeared in Channel V’s “Crazy Stupid Ishq” as Shanaya.

Later, she bagged a lead role as ‘Nisha’ in Star Plus’s TV series “Nisha Aur Uske Cousins” in 2014.

In 2016, Vajani appeared in Sony TV’s popular romantic thriller series “Beyhadh.” She played the role of ‘Saanjh Mathur′ opposite Kushal Tandon.

Later in 2020, she played the role of Praniti in Colors TV’s series “Pavitra Bhagya” opposite Kunal Jaisingh. Currently, she’s working with the team of ‘Anupama’, an ongoing TV series on Star Plus. Apart from TV series, she has also appeared in Arre’s web series “I Don’t Watch TV”.

Aneri got Indian Telly Awards- Fresh New Face award in 2015 for her excellent role in “Nisha Aur Uske Cousins.” And later, she got the Asian Viewers Television Awards- Female Actor Of The Year the same year. For the exact role of ‘Nisha in Nisha Aur Uske Cousins.’

She made her film debut with the Telugu film “FCUK: Father Chitti Umaa Kaarthik”. She also played in the short film I Hate Goodbyes.
In 2021, she started portraying Malvika Kapadia in Anupamaa a famous serial in everyone’s house nowadays. She quitted the show permanently in 2022 to participate in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12. Also appeared in a few music video Phases in 2022.
