Zhang Yiming was born on April 1, 1983, in Longyang Fujian, China. In 2017, global declaration it joined international markets – majorly Asia and the U.S. Further, ByteDance spent $1 billion to purchase Musical.ly, a startup based in Shanghai, to leverage the digital platform to create a more extensive video pool for the younger generation’s entertainment source.
