The early life of Aditi Mittal
Aditi Mittal was born on 12 November 1987 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Completed schooling at St. Mary’s and St. Joseph School in Pune. Completed Mass Communication and Theater graduation from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, USA.
Soon after college, she started working for an Indian media channel in New York. After certain days she quit her job and returned to Mumbai, deciding to be a comedian. To be a stage face, she lost a certain amount of weight to look representable.
Career of Aditi Mittal
Aditi started a career as a comedian in 2000, and later in 2009, she worked in an all-Indian stand-up show held by the comedy store. She was one of the first 5 Indians to be featured in an Indians-only stand-up show called Local Heroes, organized by the U.K based “The Comedy Store. Also worked as a writer for various articles for magazines such as Grazia Men Magazine, Financial Times, and First post. Com, and DNA.
In 2013, two important things happened in Aditi’s career twist. Firstly, BBC invited her to the prestigious 100 Women Conference in London. Secondly, she gave a solo performance in Canvas Laugh Factory Mumbai with the theme ‘Things they wouldn’t let me say.’
Growing further, she gave international-level shows with Stand-up Planet, which refines best-humored comedians. Breaking line, she entered a show, Jay Hind, to staple on the political satire.
Along with her comedy, even the fashion sense is called “acerbic and slicing-edge.” Being a successful pioneer in the comedy industry, she featured on BBC World, BBC America, and BBC Asia with RJ Nihal.
As she hates the way intercourse exposition on Indian TVs, she made sensible comedy themes to convey some educational points. Along with this, she covered most topics from babies to miss worlds. She became the first woman featured in AIB in 2014.
