Early Life

Born on 23 August 1989, Asha Negi is the daughter of L.S. Negi and Beena Negi. Raised in Uttarakhand, Asha lived in a small family of four people: Her parents and elder sister Geeta.
Asha Negi attended St. Mary’s Higher secondary school for her initial education. Subsequently, she enrolled at D.A.V. college Dehradun for an undergraduate degree in commerce. Following this, Asha Negi moved to Mumbai, the city of dreams, to a make career in acting.

Career

Asha Negi appeared as a model in the year 2009 and began her career by winning the title of Miss Uttarakhand 2009. Being highlighted, Asha starred in commercials and did photoshoots. The actress appeared for her first Television show audition in the year 2010. It was for the StarPlus show Sapnon Se Bhare Naina.
The Following year, Asha Negi featured in the famous television series Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. There she appeared in the negative role of Apeksha Malhotra.

Breakthrough

Asha Negi’s breakthrough occurred after her appearance in the popular daily soap Pavitra Rishta starred on ZeeTv. She played the character Poorvi, the adopted daughter of Archana. Recently, in the year 2019, Asha Negi won the audience’s hearts with her character Gauravi in the web series Baarish. It was an ALTBalaji and Zee5 romantic drama, starring Sharman Joshi and Asha as lead actors. The series features how the two different personalities of Gauravi and Anuj tend to cross paths and live happily ever after. Following the success rate, the second season of Baarish released in 2020.
