Kiara Advani | One of the fastest growing actresses

Professionally named Kiara Advani, Alia Advani is an Indian actress. She has been working in Bollywood since 2014. Best of her works are Kabir singh, Goodnewwz and Lust Stories. The number of films she has done might be less, but the way she delivers her character leaves an unforgettable imprint on audience.

Early Life

Born on 31 July 1992, Alia Advani is the daughter of Businessman Jagdeep Advani and Genevieve Jaffrey. Alia changed her name to Kiara before her first film Fugly released. Priyanka Chopra’s character, named Kiara, the movie Anjaana Anjaani her inspiration for choosing this name. She revealed that it was changed as per the suggestion of Salman khan, cause of the reason that Alia Bhatt is already a well-ranked actress.
Through her maternal family, Kiara has multiple links with Bollywood Celebrities.

Career

Through the comedy film Fugly, Kiara made her debut in 2014. Reviews were like this, “Kiara Advani catches you completely unaware” and has the “combination of looks and talent”. But the film went underrated.
The year 2016 saw Kiara Advani in the official Biopic of Dhoni, M.S. Dhoni – The untold story. Kiara, playing the character of Sakshi Rawat with Sushant Singh Rajput as Dhoni, made the film a super hit. It received several positive reviews and the earnings of 216 crores. Her next film, a thriller, Abbas-Mustan, didn’t go too nicely.
Kiara, in the year 2018, for her OTT debut, came off in the Netflix film Lust Stories. Because of the way she posed sexual dissatisfaction ,She received quite well review for her performance.

Telugu Debut

Because this not so healthy career, she got into Telugu Cinema with the film Bharat Ane Nenu. The film became one of the highest Telugu grosser and earned over 225 crores.

Breakthrough

The year 2019 brought brightness for Kiara Advani because Her film Kabir Singh with Shahid Kapoor set the box office on fire. It was a thrilling love story and an adaptation of the film Arjun Reddy.Her next role was in Goodnewwz, a movie based on Vitro fertilisation. As the result, It ranked among the highest grosser of the year, the film got excellent reviews for its new concept.
Following which she did the Netflix thriller, Guilty in the year 2020. Appreciating her Hindustan Times wrote, “Kiara delivers an absolutely electric performance as the unreliable Nanki, a college student with a fondness for Faiz.”
Kiara Advani showed up in the year 2021 in the film Shershaah. In this life story of an army officer, Kiara played the role of his fiancee. As the result of her expressive performance, the film was highly appreciated.
