One of the highest-paid actors, Varun Dhawan, is a young Indian celebrity working in Bollywood since 2012. Belonging from a family that is involved in Film Industry, Varun Dhawan was a born actor. From the beginning of his career, his performance was much appreciated both by critics and the audience. Almost all of his films went well enough to flood the box office. As a result, he has been featured in eleven consecutive box office successes. Most famous of his works include Student of the year 2, Badrinath ki Dulhani, Mai Tera Hero, Sui dhaga and Badlapur.
Early Life
Descendant of a Punjabi Family, Varun Dhawan was born on 24 April 1987. Being the son of Bollywood film director David Dhawan and Karuna Dhawan, it was obvious for Varun to glow up in the Indian film industry. In addition to this, his elder brother Rohit is a film director, and his Uncle Anil is an actor.
Talking about his education, he has graduated from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics. And also holds a degree in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University, UK.
Career
Before starting his Bollywood journey, Varun Dhawan assisted Karan Johar in the movie My Name is Khan. Ultimately, In the year 2012, Varun made his Bollywood debut with the film Student of the Year. The film appeared as great hit with a box office collection of 970 million. His excellent performance for Rohan’s Character received critical appraisals. One of the reviews he received stated, “It’s Varun Dhawan who stands out with a confident, charming turn, able to tackle both comical and vulnerable scenes with ease”. He also gained the nomination for Best Male Debut at Filmfare.


Breakthrough
After this, he took a long break before appearing in the film Mai Tera Hero in 2014. This romantic comedy film was also a superhit. His subsequent appearances were in the movie Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania and the Crime thriller Badlapur. Among whi h Humpty Sharma ki Dulhani flooded the box office with earnings of 1.11 Billion worldwide. Varun Dhawan’s performance in Badlapur gained him Filmfare Award for Best Actor. Rediff.com praised him, writing, “he sheds his easy-breezy charm — but, crucially, not his slightly hapless natural likeability — and bubbles up volcanically, his eyes frequently doing the talking.”
Following the league, he gave the audience another super hit Badrinath ki Dulhania, followed by David Dhawan directed Judwaa 2. Both of the films emerged as a substantial commercial success. Varun’s performance went amazand he kept on shining.


Along with vast earnings of over 2 Billion, it was published by Forbes with nine consecutive box office hits. Also, it got a 100% success ratio.
His works in the films October, Sui Dhaga, Kalank and Street Dancer also went quite well. He received wonderful reviews by critics as well as by the audience. He received the nomination for Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor. NDTV reviews about Varun Dhawan state that “Dhawan exudes zest as he ventures well beyond his comfort zone and consistently strikes the right notes”.
Personal Life
Forbes India’s Celebrity 100 list headlined the Bollywood beast, Varun Dhawan, when the annual magazine income was around 495.8 Million. As a result, he got listed as one of the highest-paid celebrities of India.
Apart from that, Varun was labelled the “most bankable star of his generation” by the Indian Edition GQ. Also, he was given “most bankable star of his generation”.
Conversing about Varun Dhawan’s Love Life, He has married his Long time girlfriend Natasha Dalal. A simple girl who is an aspiring fashion designer. The couple was in relationship for the 10 years.
Despite being the son of very famous Film director, Varun Dhawan is a down to earth person. He is truly cooperative and kind with his co-actors and very responsive to his fans as well.
