Nalneesh Neel | Success story of the Indian Actor

Nalneesh Neel is an Indian actor. His success story is about coming up from a small area and rising like a true star.

Early Life

On 13th October 1984, Nalneesh Neel was born in Bisalpur Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. After completing his study, he moved to Shahjahanpur and started doing theatre under the guidance of his mentor. Neel’s mentor was Dilip Anand, and he guided him through during his time in theatre. In his entire theatre career, he had played over 100 characters.

Career

Neel has played roles in Bhor, Raees, Fukrey Returns, Shuddh Desi Romance, Chhichhore and Gulabo Sitabo.

Critics highly praised him for playing the role of vitiligo lips in the film. Neel has acted in various short films, including The Foreigner, Acche Din and Umeed. He made his Hollywood debut with The White Tiger, directed by Ramin Bahrani.

Neel has also appeared in various advertising campaigns concerning the Indian economy: Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, 5rs ki maut, The case video Must Go On, and the NGO advertisement No to Violence, Yes to Love and commercials including SAMCO Kisan Pipe and Cello Pen Maxtreme.

Neel regularly performs in the theatre under his own production house SRS Entertainment. He is currently serving in the short solo play Ek Haseena Paanch Diwane based on Harishankar Parsai’s story.

Neel won the Critic’s Choice Best Actor (Male) role in Achchhe Din during the Acharya Tulsi Short Film Festival in Mumbai.

Later in 2020, Nalneesh Neel won the award for Best Performance in A Negative role, for his character of Chamku in the film Bhor at the Caleidoscope Indian Film Festival of Boston.

Lessons to Learn from Nalneesh Neel

Neel didn’t have any support in the theatre field, which helped him in his career. He started with a theatre show and kept hustling against the odds. During his time in the theatre, he found himself a mentor and with his help, he polished his talents. Later based on his works, he got selected during various screenings. And today, he is counted among one of the best actors in India.

Recent Update:

In May 2022, Nalneesh was seen in the movie Bhool Bhulaiya 2. The movie grossed over 100 crores at the box office and became one of the biggest hits of 2022. The comedy/mystery film featured Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. Big names like Tabu, Asrani, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Johnny Lever and Sanjay Mishra also associated with the movie.
