Sumedh Mudgalkar is an Indian actor and a dancer. He debuted with the Channel V TV serial Dil Dosti Dance. Sumedh is best known as Shushim in Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat and Lord Krishna in RadhaKrishna.
Early Life
On 2 November 1996, Sumedh Mudgalkar was born in Pune, Maharastra. In 2012 he made his dance debut on Dance Maharashtra Dance, a Marathi reality show at 15.
Later, he appeared in Dance India Dance Season 4 in 2013 and reached the finals. Sumedh made his acting debut in Channel V’s Dil Dosti Dance, a dance-based youth show where he portrayed the role of Raghavendra Raghav. Then he became famous for playing the antagonist Yuvraj Sushim in the Indian historical drama Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat.

Career
Sumedh next moved to the Marathi film industry with a cameo in the 2016 film Ventilator as Karan. He then appeared in Manjha, which was his first film as the main antagonist as well as lead actor, in which he portrayed the role of a psychopath named Vicky.
In 2018, Sumedh played the role of Salil in Bucket List. He has recently been shooting for the Marathi film Mann Yedyagat Zaala. Since 2018, Sumedh has been playing the role of Lord Krishna/Lord Vishnu/Lord Rama in Swastik Picture’s television show Radhakrishn. It started on 1 October on Star Bharat with Co-Actresses Mallika Singh as Radha/Lakshmi and Co-Actor Basant Bhatt as Balram/Sheshnaag/Lakshman. Later in 2018, he featured in the Marathi music video “Bekhabar Kashi Tu” alongside Sanskruti Balgude. In 2021, he reprised his role of Lord Vishnu along with Mallika Singh and Basant Bhattas Lakshmi and Sheshnaag, respectively, in the Star Bharat show Jai Kanhaiya Lal.

He ranked 17th in The Times of India‘s Top 20 Most Desirable Men of Maharashtra in 2018. Later in 2019, he ranked 15th in The Times of India‘s Top 30 Most Desirable Men of Maharashtra. In 2020 he ranked 6th in The Times of India‘s Top 20 Most Desirable Men of Maharashtra.
