Paras Kalnawat | Millennial journey towards dream of becoming an actor 

Youngsters are now taking over every platform with their respective talents. Similarly, Bollywood has many young skills booming from small screen serials to celebrity shows. Paras Kalnawat is a young talent introduced to a television serial in 2017. He became an actor and model, famously known from the television serial Meri Durga as “Sanjay Prince, “which turned his life around with more opportunities, making him a celebrity. Serial journey with a series of chances along the journey of success. 

The early life of Paras Kalnawat 

Paras Kalnawat was born on Saturday, 9 November 1996, in Bhandara, Maharashtra. Paras’ father, Bhushan Kalnawat, is a Nagpur-based businessman, a mother housewife, and also has an elder sister. Completed his schooling in Nagpur. After that, he went to S.K. Somaiya College for further study in Commerce stream. Then graduated with a B.Com degree. 

He has always dreamed of his career in acting and has been very fond of it since childhood. Soon after higher education, he moved to Mumbai to pursue a career with graduation. Initially joined Terence Lewis dance academy and earned a diploma in dancing. Later he joined acting classes at Barry John’s acting.

Paras Kalnawat career

Before entering the acting industry, he used to model for a few fashion brands and designers like Kunal Rawal, Monisha Jaisingh, Manish Malhotra, and Narendra Kumar. I also walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week. As his first tribute to the success, he won Mr. Multimedia in the contest in 2016. During modeling, he was selected as a people’s choice award  Max Elite Model Look competition.

Paras was involved in some Tv and print advertisements, and finally, in 2017, he was praised with popularity in his first debut as Sanjaya Prince in Meri Durga. That led to many other television serials Mariam Khan: Reporting Live,” “Aye Zindagi,” “Kaun Hai?,” “Laal Ishq,” and “Anupamaa.”

Further, he entered the web series industry through Dil Hi Toh Hai as his debut; he played a lead role in the series. Eventually, digital platforms also accepted his acting and liked it more. Further, he came Dil Hi Toh Hai 2 and Dil Hi Toh Hai 3 streamed with the highest views and popularity. Later, he played a role in the series Ishq Aaj Kal, filmed for season 4. As a debut in the web series, he was recognized with award Digital Debut Award and Creator of the Year Award. 

Paras has also featured in a music video since 2020; he featured in “Tere Naal Rehna,” from where a few albums came out. Recently, another video came out as “Baadal Barse” the teaser is attached below.

Controversy

Paras signed to Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 10 while working in serial Anupamaa without intimidating the producer, so he terminated the contract. But he approved and apologized, signed the agreement, and took it as a positive, looking forward to growing his career. 

Personal life 

Paras came a long way to Mumbai from Nagpur, having a dream of becoming an actor, and he fulfilled it. Being a model, he keeps up with the gym and fitness as hobbies and writing. According to some news, he also has a girlfriend who is an actress Urfi Javed. Some sites found her ast an ex-girlfriend, always unsure about his current status.
