Sahil Barua is the same person who spent hours checking the smooth functioning of his logistics firm. However, he constantly moves and talks to team members, so he has no time to sit on the computer. Consequently, his morning hours are usually spent working on MIS reports. He even inspects the revenue generated from shipments scheduled to deliver but never did.
