David Dobrik | Venture of YouTube superstar with a cheerful personality 

YouTube is a most viewed platform and rigorously growing technology with many viral videos bringing up many talents. A celebrity raised on social media who earned fame through the internet is David Dobrik. A man entertains his fans with comedic videos, often involving celebrities, hidden cameras, challenges, or pranks. Since 2013, his several videos have featured journeys toward earning more than a million followers on the platform. 

The early life of David Dobrik 

David Dobrik was born on 23 July 1996 in Kosice, Slovakia, and moved to Vernon Hills. His father, Pavo Dobrik, is a photographer, and he has three siblings, Ester, Sarah, and Toby. He completed schooling at Vernon Hills High School, where he played tennis. After graduating high school, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his Vine career. 

Debut in his videography career uploaded his first video on the vine in 2013. It went viral and soon became famous and collaborated Vines with other popular Viners such as Liza Koshy, Gabbie Hanna, Jason Nash, and Zane & Heath. 

Career in YouTube 

He started his YouTube career in 2015 with the YouTube group Second Class semi-scripted real-life situation comedy vlogs featuring many of his former Vine collaborators. Later, he created his channel where he posts blooper reels, challenge videos, and more direct sponsorship deals. And also opened a second channel in 2016, published content with his family and friends doing challenges and reaction videos, and opened fan mail. His first channel has around 18 million subscribers and over 7 billion views; the second channel has 8.44 million subscribers and more than 900 million views.

In 2017, he started a new venture through a podcast with Jason nash named “Views with David Dobrik and Jason Nash,” published by Cadence13. Considering the podcast journey by 2022, it has completed around 200+ episodes. That next year, in 2018, he started another channel where he posted a video version of the podcasts collectively comprised “The Vlog Squad.”

David received a diamond play button from the YouTube platform for exceeding 10 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. David Dobrik, alongside YouTube, also appeared on different shows such as The Tonight Show, discussing famous YouTubers and their channels. Ongoing also hosted on Martin short and Yola which ranked the #1 most social late-night series of the week, amassing 2.2 million Interactions.  Furthermore, David co-hosted a television show on Discovery Channel called Dodgeball Thunderdome with Erin Lim and Andrew Hawkins.

Vlogging career

It all started with the Discovery Channel travel series 2021. Dobrik signed with streaming platform Discovery+ called Discovering David Dobrik. Like a Friends, Dobrik started, The Verge wrote of Dobrik’s vlog collective known as “The Vlog Squad,” a group of friends. Not only as an entertainer, but he also launched an app called Dispo in 2020, which crossed millions of downloads. Awards and achievements 

As an honor, he was also a guest judge in the first episode of the ninth season of Chopped Junior. On YouTube, his podcast was the fifth-most-viewed creator in rewind 201and 9, the following year recognized as the most popular media personality among teenagers. Dobrik Sexiest YouTube Star of 2020 by Paper magazine, and Forbes’s highest-paid YouTube stars of 2020. Hence featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for the year 2021. Personal life of David Dobrik

Initially, he dated a YouTube personality Liza Koshyover 3 years, but they broke up in 2018. He was then married to Lorraine Nash, Jason Nash’s mother, as a comedic bit for one of his vlogs in 2019. After a month, they broke their marriage.
